Well, I'm glad I wasn't on the same schedule as the mods,
'cuz I was runnin' behind on this one. Anyway, she's done and
I'm pretty damn happy with it... it may be my favorite, of the
cars I've built. It'll be fun to ship it off to one of the pimp mods...
I wonder who? :???:

Specs:
- stretched Thunder Charger chassis (aluminum tubing)
- tab-lowered
- shaved/sculpted rear tires, so they tuck up into the rear fenders
- shaved inside of body to make room for rear tires and steering
- custom paint (custom-mixed color)
- custom decals
- custom painted controller
- mosfets
- custom pcb cover
- kick-ass mystery 3.8

the mosfet mod... I routed the wires more neatly
than normal on this one (I ran the shortest wire
under the tilted fet). I think I'm gonna make this
style my norm from now on.

wow dude.
I'm sitting here with a big grin on my face.
that thing is pristine - with all kinds of hidden goodies.
I hope you took a ton of pictures man, it's so beautiful.

I also hope you drove the shit out of it a bit (with a different shell) just to feel the pleasure of your efforts.

whoever gets it I'm sure will give it a good home.
that thing is one of the worlds best for sure, belongs in magazines and pretty much everywhere.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. It feels good to have this one done. It was fun building a car, knowing it was going to one of the moderators... maybe even a little stressful. :)

Payaso... I took a nail to the hood..s'all fucked up now, thanks for the advice..

It is stressful. I had to ship the one I built for that one contest all the way to Miva in Poland. He never really said muck about it. I'm sure it has a good home though.

Dude your work is just the cleanest out there by far. To say it looks like it came from the factory that way, would be an insult to your work, because no factory could put out something so perfect.

You a perfectionist, aint ya? :-)

You didn't see it? I thought Payaso put up a pic of the finished car. Well, after I put FETs in it, I snapped a couple pics before I sent it back to Payaso...

Wow man, thanks... if you said it looked like it came from the factory, I wouldn't be anywhere near insulted.
