Touch up

I thought I'd give the Hemi a little touch up, so I pulled the hubs out, and stripped em back to bare metal. i still wasn't happy with em, so I took a jewelers cloth, and hand polished em to a mirror finish. (still haven't figured out how to capture the bling on film).

i put some lights on it, and dropped it as low as it can go. It still needs a clear coat, but this it it after the slight alteration.

It's about 98% where I want it. Should be complete in a week.

I also couldn't resist doing a side by side shot of the car that I won with the Cuda.

As good as the pics are that hue35 takes of his cars, they don't do them justice. His work is as clean as it gets. He was interested in my thoughts on it since we all talk shit, and it's hard to judge performance by vids. Let alone different driving preferences..

I have to say that it's my fastest driving/handling bit. This thing flies, and is meant to handle it. I'm not saying my cars don't handle well, but I set mine up for more technical tracks, while this one is balls out. I have never set one up like it, so it's a awesome addition to my collection, and I now have a car for every track you punks may challenge me on.

Thanks again for the car hue, but it might just be the one that smacks your ass if I ever come up there...lol

Man, those wheels look even better polished than they did painted black. That thing is lookin' better than ever. The details are nice too... can't wait to see it clear coated.

Thanks for the review of the Challenger. It's cool that it's set up different than your other cars... I'd love a chance to drive other pimps' cars.. I bet no two drive alike.

Nice man....

I like the little details you are starting to throw down on it. Hue's work is damn clean, but I have to say that your work on that cuda looks really clean too.

Is that thing sitting on a ZZ SE chasis? Would you mind throwing up some closeups of your lowering job?

I've seen Payaso's work up close, and I will testify, it is the cleanest I've seen. Very crisp precise masking, and the details are painted very crisp and cleanly. Makes my stuff look kinda sloppy.

I had to step up to testify, because pictures never truly capture than kind of stuff.

That car's looking good, Payaso. I really liked the black rims with it, but you did a great job cleaning them up, and it's cool to see the details in the wheel popping out again.

...and, damn, hue's car is low. I didn't realize how low it was.
