yea looks like some cool stuff there.
I really dig the switch, I'm a sucker for micro switches - I still love the micro switch ph2t put in one of cars, damn thing is too cool.

Good job dude.
2 things I was thinkin.
1, you could drill a hole in the bottom of the chassis to access the switch from the bottom. I use apoxy or hot glue from a glue gun to hold it in place. Superglue can interfere with electronics.
2, Do you have any clear coat on it?

thanks guys . hachi good idea about the switch . i was thinking about mounting it under the motor mount like ph2t did , i dunno what way i'll do it . yeah there is a clear coat , like 3 of them but the car is dirty in the pic and realy scrached up from concret . you can see my other pics of it here ,

Very cool rig micro. I never thought about putting dual cells in that configuration. Micro switches rule!!! My only question is.... does it flip easily?

flips about as much as a standard internal duall cell bit . the batteries are a 2mr80aaa sh4pnimh pack out of a fryed digi q . they are the same cells in the zz se , so they are small and light , thats how the pcb can be ontop and still fit on a shell . ive done this mod with reg batteries but i have to make the pcb vertical , and i can only get the vw bug body to fit that , and that flips over kinda easy .

Cool.
I was looking at your battery set up, and it looks like you have some space between the charging pads to put the switch. Here's an example.
Keep up the good work.
