This is one of those nasty motorworks trucks.

I had actually already started the putty work. It came with a gay ass tail foil. At first I wanted to redesign it, but then I decided I wanted a more normal look.

As far as mods, I gave it a very small gauge wire for an antenna. I found something smaller than the smallest gauge of guitar string. It came from a wire cutting device that they use for scale train environment building. This is a 49mhz, and with that wire, I haven't found a place in my apartment where it wont recieve the signal. The wheels are modifier wheels. The back tires have about three coats of black silicon. internal dual cell. Fits easy in this motor work's chassis. I didn't change the gearing. I think it's 12:1 (stock). I wanted more torque to simulate a real truck. And I didn't fet mod it. When you dual cell this particular type of motorworks car, it runs like it's already been fett modded. I don't know enough about transistors to figure out if it really has fets in it already, but if I had to put money down, I'd say it does. It's almost the exact same speed as another car that I have which is fetted and dual celled w/ 12:1 gears.

Got any ideas for a name? I'm not sure if it is a particular make. I think it was just a generic truck.

That is bad ass, man... straight off of the cover of mini-truckin' magazine.

Looks like an older style Chevy S-10 to me...

Great call going for the smooth/subtle look over the tacky big-ass wing look... that actually looks kinda like this one really nice mini truck that I occasionally see on the streets around here... I always stop to drool when I see that one, now I gets to drool on yours lol

Is that one of those Motorworks chassis that has the motor clip integrated with the pcb cover and an LED on top? If so, I need to find one of those trucks... I think I might be one of the only pimps around who actually likes that chassis... I have had two of them and they have always been good to me...

That's pretty cool. I've never seen them MWs at my Walmart.

I was gonna say an older S-10 before I saw the painted pic, but after you painted it, it reminds me more of a early '90s F-150.

I think it kinda resembles a late 80's early 90's Ford F150, but yeah S-10's and Cadillacs too, lol

Good call! Fuck Truck it is!

Bird, yes it's one of those motorworks that the pcb cover is also the motor cover. I haven't seen an LED on it. Some of them are different though. It just depends on which one you get. I actually like the chassis. It has just enough extra room in it. Kinda the middle size between bits and a ZZ.

The selection at Wall Mart is getting limited. I've noticed that they are sometimes hard to find. Before, every Wally World use to have a decent stock of them. They also have an ugly green truck, an ugly grey camry wannabe looking thing, and the ugliest viper I've ever seen. There seems to be another set of them that are available with construction vehicles. I haven't picked any of these up though. They are packaged like the NASCAR's, but come with a bunch of ugly rims and tires and a few other things. It's kinda funny really. These are arguably the ugliest minicars around, but motorworks went to the trouble of giving you extra ugly parts to outfit the ugly bitches. It kinda reminds me of when we use to dress the pigs up back at the farm. YEEHAW!

Not much more to say, but nice job there bro. Only constructive critisim I would give is why did you putty in the roof holes and what not, but leave the bumper holes? Either way, great changeover. Holy hell the old paint job was Gay!

Much better than stock. All the cars they make are ugly as hell. It's nice to see one that looks the way it should. Nice work pimp.

I think those are air intake holes, aren't they?

Nice job, HR. Real nice wheel mod too.

I had forgotten about the holes. When I finished, I thought (deep sinister voice) "FUCK, HOW COULD I HAVE MISSED THAT! AAHHHHH, I WILL RAPE 10 VIRGINS FOR THIS!"

Uh.... I mean, the air intakes give it more speed, right?
