All right DT, I know you and Finks were the only ones to know about this, and after a solid beating from Finks, I am forced to show the rest of Da Pimps what I've been up to.
A couple weeks ago, Finks brought over a dead Mustang Xmod for me to fix. Since the pcb is pretty much fried, He just left it here for me to tinker with. I immediately knew that I had to make an Eleanor replica. So I drove to the nearest LHS and picked up two tubes of Squadron green putty and went to town. It's a little rough, but here's what I've done so far.
The only real problem I see myself running into will be finding some late 60's taillights to adapt to car. I want to make this as real as possible.

BTW...Looks great so far!!
Here is a place with a ton of Mustang Models. I'm sure one of them would have the lights your looking to use. The models are $10-15 a peice.

I'll keep y'all up to date. I promise. Thanx for the lead SG. I found the perfect kit . Too bad I only need er for the taillight lenses. But for 12 bucks, that ain't so bad.

God damn it man, that shit is coming out nice. Good luck man, now I gotta make me one. I gave up on xmods awhile back so excuse the ignorance, but does rs sell the bodies with a front mount thinger?

Right now there is only two body kits that come with a body and all the goodies. The Black RSX and the Mustang GT. (I think it is the GT, could be the Concept) They come with front clip thingy.
The other body kits are only the skirts and F&R grill and bumpers. No front thingy.

I go to RS and get returned cars for 20 bucks, so it isn't impossible. Finks got this mustang kit for probably ten bucks. the board is dead, but that can be easily remedied.
go to Radio Shack

No, I don't think the bodies do when you order them from RSU. But I'm sure you can order them in addition to ordering the body from RSU.
The body kits I was speaking of are just the bodies, no chassis.
Like this one....
You'll have to order them both, the body and the clip.
