WRX ala modellista

Post by HirotoR34 »

Ok, so I got an AM set wit some decals, so I thought I'd make up my own AM's so first off is my newly acquired WRX. Lowering these shells is super easy and looks better than most when dropped. custom detailing blahblahblah......

That is real nice man. Can we get a shot of the otherside to see that detail work? I'm a huge fan of the AM bodies and you did a great job on that one! Is that shit all hand-painted?

Later,
Chrome...

PS. What scale is that 86 in the background and where did you get it?

I use a micron .005 pen for detailing. The stripe and hood is sprayed on, the rest is brushed. I added a few AM decals and spray tinted the windows. Lastly I sprayed a few coats of clear to keep it all nice and smooth. I'll get more pics up when my camera finishes charging

@bird, the Hachi is one of Jada toys 1/24th scale Init D models. It was the hardest one to find where I live. (Target)

Hey that is cool looking.
I'm with chrome, I'd like to see shots of the other sides as well.
That red stripe is a perfect accent.
Kick ass job Hiroto!
Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

That looks cool.

How you doing your body lines? They look nice and crisp, but not too thick.

I use a micron .005 pen for detailing. Thanks pimps. I'm starting to really get into the whole "race" theme. Next car will be my new skyline 2000. :D
