yup, seen the German version.
It could be done better, give the car a "guide wire" to run along and it'll leave your sight in no time.
Funny side note, the very first model rocket/plane I built was an F-18.
It launched with the wings tucked inward, instead of popping out the parachute, the final burst was to open up the wings and the plane glides back down to earth.... in theory....
what really happened was I had just 1 of my alyrons (sp?) just a touch tweeked the wrong way. When I fired the rocket engine, the plane burst up in the air about 15 feet - went directly horizontal to the ground and came right back at us at like light speed. We hit the deck, I watch in horror as my first rocket plane was going straight for a concession stand kamakazi style. About 5 feet before the structure, it took a nose dive and burried itself in the ground about 6 inches.
Since that day, my nickname was "One Shot"

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

it was free flight.
and ya you're probably right, I'm sure I did spell it wrong lol
I was pretty disappointed after the time I spent with it.
It was just dead, noway to bring it back so I bought another free flight with a parachute instead.

I know very little about rockets, I built one in middle school tech class
Maybe you could give me a lil help.
This is the engine I got.

I was planing to do a dual rocket 4 cell dragster. The car would be a 4 cell dragster fully operational and then it would have a seperate attachment with the rockets. The rocket "pack" would have it's own pcb to control the ignition, but I'm not sure how many volts it would take to spark the engines. Fire proofing the body is also still up in the air.
Like I said before this was a lil idea I had months ago and sorta lost intrest becuase we had snow up the wazoo. I have a 1/4mile stretch of 3 laned road where I was planning to shoot it off. The other spots I thought of firing off this rocket was in the downtown area around here where they have plenty of empty wherehouses with large parking lots. Space isn't a problem.
