Flossin it 90's style

Post by sat4life27 »

I tried another crack at the hand painting and came up with a bowling ball paint look. Slapped some wires with whitewalls and slammed her to the pavement. Also added a little bump in the trunk. Hope ya like pimps.

I award you the "Best bB ever" trophy. That's really sweet. I dig the color, the wheels and jus the overall package. Where, specifically did those wheels come from?

Thanks pimps, This one took me a little longer to paint, and I wasn't sure it would even turn out right.

The wheels came off of a jada toys homierollers diecast. The little homies came with it. Wallys has them for like 2 bucks.

Welp, I have to give you my honest gut feel - that's what we're here for right? I mean, I don't wanna blow smoke up your ass (or anyone elses for that matter). Nor do I like it being blown up mine.

With that.
In-forkin-credible. I'm amazed at how nice the hand painting is turning out for you man. Great skills.
I too love the color, the wheels, the style, all of it. Looks awesome and is unique (harder and harder to pull off as time goes on).
You've done an outstanding job.

However, I'm torn on the "best BB ever" comment.
I'm not sure which I consider to be the "best BB ever".
The 2 that come to mind and are both equally battling it out in my head as to which is best (honestly, I really can't say myself - they're both awesome) are:

Yours Image and Rippers Image

2 Different styles, 2 totally badass BB's.
Too hard to judge which is "best".

Anyways, I'm not trying to take away from your excellent job. I hope you don't take it that way. I'm not even being critical really as much as I am just voicing an observation that came to me.

So, in parting - I'll shut up and just say:

You're rockin' out dude, and it's great - keep 'em coming man.

 What!!? I wasn't there. That's BS. From what I saw he went far above and beyond to make his "The worst". So what was it too good, or too clever?

Sorry Sat, didn't mean to stray from your topic...

That is a killer ride. The best bB is debateable, but yours is certainly the the most pimped I've seen.

I still can't quite believe how well those paint jobs are coming out. I saw some of that paint at wally world. It was only $3.50. The cheapest set they had, with the most colors, and from what I can see of your stuff, the best results. Seems like a bargain to me. I wanted to get one, but they were locked up, and I got distracted when I went looking for someone.

Can we see some bigger pics?

Love the paint, looks almost like it could be marbelized.

Cool rims, though I don't think I would have painted the Knock body color unless I did the outer ring of the rim too. If you put on some spacers to kick the wheels out of the wheelwells, you'd almost have the early 90's look down. Tiny ass wheels with HUGE gaps to the fender.

Gotta agree with DarkTari, more details!

Thanks pimps fpr all the ideas and props. I remember seeing so really pimped out bBs here before. I took a little of everyones ideas and added some mre detail to it. I will take some more pics as soon as the sun comes out of hiding. Does any of you pimps know a good place to pick up some good chrome like paint? In a bottle possibly?

It's kinda funny that back the 90's everyone wanted little wheels that stuck out and now they want big ass wheels that tuck in. Weird how things change over time.

You can even see a little of the dust on it but I tried to wipe it clean before taking the shots.
