No real need, just mask what you want masked. The get some fine grit sand paper to slightly roughen up the surface. Look on the back of the paper, the bigger the number the better
. I use 600grit. Then lay the paint, primer isn't always needed

Yes and when You Primer that is painting too! so if you dont know if you should or should not primer means you do not know everything about painting.SHAUN wrote:I know how to paint , I just wanted to know if I needed primer on bare plastic.

Decent pair of Hondas.
I think the wagon still needs *something*. I don't know what yet, but something. The unstickercharging made it a lot more sano, but now it looks like just another soccer-mom ride.

I don't know , I hate the metalic grey paint I picked up it wont lay on any thing worth a shit and it sparkels like somthing , I'm not sure yet but it sparkels alot.
::EDIT:: I do have some red Krylon paint that is suposed to stick to any clean plastic I may give it a try and see how it works.
