Eliminator
I was looking at the latest Hot Rod Mag (Feb. Issue) and they had the most well known Camaro's and it inspired me to paint this Zip Zap.
The cars I liked were the Sunco Special and the Smokey Yunick's Trans Am. I kinda combined the two cars and added my own twist and got the Steelwoolghandi Eliminator.

SWG,
I saw this car today on Speed Vision !
It was built by a racer named "Smokie", can't remember his last name.
History had it that he grew up poor on a Pa. farm, faked an ID, joined the Air Force, became a test pilot. After the war he moved to Daytona, opened up a repair shop, got into racing and the rest is History........
