Epoch Style

Post by ynad »

I kinda come to late for the party, but better later then never.
Epoch! :-D Love this lil' thing. Got 4 cell mod and it runs (fast enough)!
I think this is the beginning of the beautiful friendship.
Honda_2000, thanks man for getting me into this.

I bet you kick ass at that "slug bug" game. :???:

Nice, ynad. The Epochs are fun, mine don't get as much use as it should. The 4-cells help big time, and the Bug turbo helps a bit too, but I think you really need to replace the motor to get these things off the line. I really gotta get a one of those Kyosho Aquaspeed motors, and maybe my Epoch would get more use.

Cool looking Epoch! I like that you've got the Honda badging on there instead of Acura so it's more of the JDM version. I've been looking at them on and off for a couple years and still haven't gotten one, I need to get around to that.

Post up some on that Beetle!!!!!!! Or atleast give us some chassis shots of the Epoch!!!

"Slug Bug Game" A stupid road-trip game where the first one to spot a VW Beetle (or also now extended to a VW Waterbug) yells "slug bug" and gets to punch a passenger of their choice. I didn't even learn of the game until after I bought a beetle of my own, and people kept talking about playing it.
Jack of all trades, master of none; yet often better than master of one.

I didn't know about it until recently. I guess my wife and her sister used to play it, and it got taught to my kid and his cousin. I learned of it while walking down the street one day. My kid yells "Slug bug" and pops me in the back of the leg. His boney little knuckles gave me a charlie horse, and my wife is just saying, "Good one, Joey." Its a conspiracy I tell you.

crap, it took me 9 days to reply
Thank you all for comments.
There isn't much to show yet, chassis are stock looking (it doesn't look any different with 4 cells). I'm ordering more epochs and a aquaspeed motor, and hopefully some other things.
But for now I'm trying to figure out how to get some different rims on it.
SWG, that VW is kick ass! By the way I searched for past Epoch links, and not much came up. Did you have the white integra with gold BBS rims?
I remember some pics were around here some where :???:
I'll post updates as soon as something to update will come up.
