Bit Char Gasser - Ford Mustang 68 Gasser

Post by Tony.T »

Hi you all !

I'm happy to show you my last BCG project :

The first idea was to re-use the resin Mustang body I've molded. But it was unsuccesfull, and the first custom paint was trash. :-(
And it's the first time I try to use 2 batteries in the car, and I love Gasser, so that's why the second is at the front end. Like a gas tank on real Gasser !

The steering has been removed.

To make a resin body, I've red this website to learn how to.

You should see all pics if you don't read french. :-o

Those pics show you each step.

Finally the steering runs to control the Mustang Gasser a bit on straight line.

At 1/4 mile, it goes @ 128 mph in 9.89 sec. Nice record, isn't it ?

The engine and pipes are taken from a Hot Wheels.

Yep but I don't know which one I could use to ?

Something in white, to see easily on blue painted body. Or maybe a white pen if I could find it here.
