Nice work! It's been a while since I've seen a new crawler build.
One thing you didn't mention doing is weighting the wheels. Works great to keep it from tipping over on steep climbs. I just used some heavy guage soldering wire and wrapped it in a coil on the inside void on the wheel.

Wow, I never thought about the wheels. I've been looking for a way to add weight to the front end. Did you do it to all 4 tires and where exactly did you wrap it?

Sweet. Nice to see an MT build again. Like the tube work. Soldered paper clips?
As far as weighting the front wheels I used small strips of lead from the tackle shop and wrapped them inside the wheel, not inside the tire if that makes sense. Put in as much as you can, as long as your steering still works you should be good. Some in the rear may help too but I ran mine in the front only.

Yeah I think what I'll do is get some soldering wire and use aluminum tape to secure it. I also did the headlight mod so only the front headlights are on as soon as the switch is. It looks so much cooler and better that way. I'd totally recomend it to anyone who uses an SE body. I'm gonna go fix my list now.

Here's a little update on her:
Removable CB Whip Antenna Mod
Cooler added in the bed
Weighted Wheels
Bed Cage added
I'd really like to know your guys opinion on the bed cage I built. I'm kind of on the fence about how it looks. It sucks because I'm stuck with it since I drilled holes, but I still want to know what you all think. There's also a quick video of the Bear in action!

the bed cage look good just mabey smooth out some of that jagged lookin solder on it [if that is solder?] just to clean it up a bit. otherwise pretty cool lookin beast you got there.
