Mercedes Benz Unimog Crawler!

Post by Smoke&Mirrors »

That's right. I saw a video of a Unimog R/C that had the body and bed separated. I was in Wal-Mart checking out the toys and I found a Unimog U300 body. The rest is history. Nothing too special as far as mods, 5th gear (1:197.31), articulated, going to weigh down wheels. I just wanted to duplicate the style. :?

Demo Video, yes, I kinda rolled her.

I think it looks pretty cool. I love unimogs so I think this is one of the cooler bodies I've seen. Like I said in another thread its good to see some building going on...I think you've inspirerd me. I just picked up one of the transformer bumble bee camaros and was just going to stash it for the future...but damn it this was a building site. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hey thanks Sidewinder, that means a lot coming from a doctor. :-o . I suppose that after I run out of ZZMT's to build I will have to move onto cars. I'm pretty stoked though. I could certainly use some advice from all of you car experts. :-)

Cool stuff. I like that you keep pumping out stuff while the rest of us sit on our asses.

Both.
1.) I get to see new work.
2.) Nobody is producing shit so I don't feel so bad for sitting on all my past work and riding that wave.
