LilMatrix attends a Saturday school where they earn tokens for doing well on
certain projects. The school has a store where they can purchase "stuff"
Today when I picked him up he bought this......

This is the New Z-Car. Of course there are improvements from the old.
They are including a 2.6 motor, it's 2 speed, a 2 new body styles (some sort
of "Concept"). There is a new innovation with them too, see if you Pimps can spot it.
And it's not the on/off switch.

The body doesn't fit well at all, needs to be forward about 1/4" .
Detail & Paint sucks so I see another project in my future. At least
it's unique.
Also Atomic Toys (Z-Car man.) make these....

Couldn't get much info from the site on anything.

I'm goin to Annapolis today so I'll stop by Zainy Brainy & Discovery Channel to see if they carry them.

I guess that just goes to show you, Micro RC's are not just a FAD !!!

well the old ones had light and sound too.
it does look like only one steering coil, but...

One coil is right, I though it was a defect but the car turns left & right.
I'm guessing it's working on the poss/neg (left pos/ right neg) theory.
And yes it still has the lights & sound.

I went to the Discovery Zone and they were clearing out the old ones
for 1/2 price ($9.99)

No new ones though they did have a "Z-Craft".
A HoverCraft about 3"-4" long. Looked pretty neat !

Cool, lil Matrix is definitely his daddy's son. He's gonna be the premiere pimp as he gets older. There's so much cool shit on this page, I can't take it all in. I need a break......
