A new offering from Tomy due in July '08. They're like slot-cars (since you don't get steering control and only some forward/reverse) but the innovation is that they auto-steer by detecting obstacles. Lots of hacking potential here I think. If nothing else the tracks for these are barrier'ed, which would make for some nice bit/zip setups.
