I picked up a Black NSX Pro!! $9.99!!
They only had one sport left, if it's still there on payday, I might grab it.
.....Rant.......
How come one Target sucks with its prices, but easy to get to and from and the other is good on its pricing and is a pain in the ass to get in and out of..........bastards need to get on the same page of the pricing game that their playing!!! I shouldn't have to go to 2 different Targets and get 2 different prices on the same shit. They are only about 10-15 minutes apart, there is no reason for it!!!
Not only that, it was fucked up that the shelf tag prices were $9.99 and $5.99 respectively. But when you scanned it on one of the isle scanners "For your convenience", they came up at their old prices of $19.99 and $9.99!! I went up to the register and of course they had to call someone to check.
How many other items are people getting ripped off on buying?
Get your act together Target!!!!

Alright, I'm gonna hook all you filthy bitches up with some Target inside info...
Target rainchecks can be used for ANY other product of the same type, with the SAME discount!
To help you 'sink' that tidbit of gold into yur brain, lemme give an example of what I did...
Months ago, the Target Weekly Flyer had Madden 2004 for PC, for some crazy cheap price (which equated to 63% off regular price). Now, the trick here was to find a store that did NOT have it in stock (which was easy, since at the time, Madden 2004 was pretty hot) so you can get the rainchecks.
I went to my local Targé and indeed they were out of stock, so I went up to customer service and asked for a raincheck on it. They asked 'how many do you want' so I said I'll take 3 rainchecks please.
I immediately turned around, went to the Software section, picked out 3 other games (regular price games that were $50 each that I liked), went to the register and paid $18.50 each. The girl at the register originally gave me grief about how rainchecks are supposed to be for the SAME thing, but I PROMPTLY shut her up when I pointed out that RIGHT ON THE RAINCHECK it says ANY substitute for similar product allowed.
This Raincheck policy goes for ANYTHING in the store.

SG219,
That is the way Target, Wall Mart, Kmart and the likes make dough. It's researched first by the sales people. Then the little tricks are implemented. The sales bring the people, and they may be selling stuff at a loss, but most people don't buy just that item and the store makes it's money back when people pick up other things because it's convenient. One store's sales rep may decide something different from another stores sales rep. They may have something else on sale, that the other store doesn't.
There's a big brain at every store that know a quantum physics equations that figures all this poop out. And then they answer to their leader on Mars, who has them implement their plans for world domination. It's all very confusing.

Ya, I understand sales and the science of them pretty good.
My dad was a store manager of several W.T. Grants department stores for 15 years and in retail for almost 50 years. (I don't know if any of you guys remember that store. It's product line was 'Bradford'.) So I've been filled with an overabundance of retail blah, blah, for years.
I just think its fucked up. Screw the science of it, I just want cheap cars whenever I go shopping!!!
