Yo, first off, the last thing I want to do is piss you guys off, I really like it here :-D . I like the style, I like the depth and quality of knowledge and most of all I like the personalities.

I've tried to answer some of your points below, but don't get me wrong, you do have a reasonable point.

But lets put me and my shit in perspective - It's not like I am a mega company, I am a one man band, playing the tune of micro racing for the last three years. Trying to feed 5 kids and a mad ho, as well as paying the mortgage aint been easy. Not looking for the sympathy vote, just saying how it is. My passion is trying to get micro racing back into mainstream retail because I think it's important that kids (big and small) can get into a real hobby again rather than blanking out in front of the games console. I've funded all of this on my own - full time commitment! - full on risk!.

Again not trying to piss you off, but last time I had this kind of conversation (yes it's not the first time) it was with Cabawabo and his final words on the subject were

"I did want you to know you are free to keep making those type of posts, just please use an existing thread to keep us updated on that stuff. "

Why do you post links to your topics in other forums instead of just post the friggin pics here.
I used the other forum because you cant directly attach images to posts on BP and that image isn't on my site yet to link to (not ready for the general public).
It's like you use bitPimps to promote your shit, and that's it, but you have no problem being a "regular" member on other sites, and making somewhat normal posts about mods and what not.
A bit unfair, I make most of my "regular" posts here, because I like it here. But like other pimps I am also active on other sites as well.

I always try and post here first, if I run a comp you guys get the heads up. As a result I have given more stuff away to pimps than I have sold to pimps.

It's not like I run a big estore, but I do like to let you know when I have made something new - I appreciate the feedback and support.

Also I have no problems in giving discounts to pimps, but I don't have anything to sell you (yet). The new track system probably wont hit the USA until next year (if I can persuade a distributor or retailer to take it - that aint easy either, believe me!). I have suggeted a group buy for some of the new TVR shells at cost (Steelwoolghandi will probably be in touch).

Your clearly not a dick payaso, so I hope we can sort it out.

Let me know how you want to play it.

Like I said before, I like it here and want to be able to share my shit with you.

Cheers

Mr. Bonzer dude,

All I ask is for direct links. I don't wanna search or click around for shit. You tell us about a competion or contest, but yet you don't link directly to it.

Plus, for some reason the form doesn't work for me either.

What the hell ever happened with those Metl-Tech cars? Haven't heard a damn thing about them in a really long time. I heard awhile back that a couple of people got samples, but nothing since. I think Ken fell off the wagon and decided to make crack pipes instead of that dumb-ass, retarded controller that he and his comrad dreamed up while on some good acid.

Thanks,

"I did want you to know you are free to keep making those type of posts, just please use an existing thread to keep us updated on that stuff. "
What I meant by that was...
Please feel free to keep posting updates, but everytime it's a "hey I'm gonna be QVC (or some shopping channel)", or "look, I'll be selling these soon, here's my www.domain.com", post it in a single thread - don't start a new thread to make a new post about something "new" you'll be selling soon. Instead, keep us updated by a single existing thread you've started.

Like cj's "Latest HPI/RS Xmods News" thread:
http://bitpimps.lixlink.com/pages/phpFo ... php?t=4252

or like cj's "Xmods FAQ" thread:
http://bitpimps.lixlink.com/pages/phpFo ... php?t=1937

Hopefully you don't take these criticisms the wrong way. But quite honestly, you have gotten away with much more in this area than anyone else, so that should prove to you that we are willing to work with you - not just slam down an iron fist and say "it's our way, or the highway".

Now, back to the fun.

OK Cabowabo/Payaso.

Apologies again. No more Bonzer Threads I promise :-)

Darktari

Has Ken finally managed to get the Mtechs into retail, or did you buy direct.

Cheers

Yeah i posted it in the hook up. The guy that sold them is Dave Berkowitz, one of the founders. He told me he is gonna sell a lot of 4 for $100 buy it now. But these are Pre-Production, so they are not painted and the box has no writing on it, but they work.

I met Dave in NY at the toy fair this year, nice guy. He had 4 samples on show, might just be the ones he is selling (but they were painted and in retail boxes :???: )

Good deal, I paid $50 each for the ones I got (plus airfreight from China!)

Snap em up for your collection - they are unique.

Bonzer I'm 100% interested in one of those shells, just how I like it, looking very unique yet not 100% perfect. PM me on what can be done :-)

Just put together a short video of the track in action with one of the TVR cars. As I was the only driver about, I couldn't get footage of both cars racing - next time!.

Anyhow here's the link:

http://www.bonzergear.com/assets/multim ... 12kbps.wmv

As the link says its 512kbps (about 6.8 Mb). There is another version at 150Kbps (1.8mb), just go to the web site if you haven't got broadband.

Cheers

Where the seperate pieces connect, it looks as though it might change the trajectory of your car while racing.
After watching the video a couple times, it seems like there's no problem.

Have you experienced anything like this with the new track, or is there a way to make the seams more flush/level?
I ask out of intense interest for your new product.

It all depends on the surface you are setting up on. If the ground is a bit lumpy, you might find some of the tile edges lifting slightly. On a smooth surface, you can practically eliminate any ridges where the tiles join.
