I won a Snap On tools bit from him on 5/29 and paid as soon as the auction was over.

I won it for a totall of $11.69, which includes PRIORITY shipping, 2-3 days.

He lives approx 3 hours from me, in the same state (PA).

I could have sent a armless parapalegic via skateboard pulled by a hamster, and had it by now!!

Its now 6/12 and it still didn't come!!

I filed a complaint with Paypal on Thursday (6/8 ) and it still didn't come and he replied "It should be there anyday". It didn't come, so I took it to the next level and upgraded to a full CLAIM at Paypal. He refunded my cash really fast and said, "Now you'll get a free item."

Thats only if it comes. I don't think he mailed it at all!! I've emailed him several times before getting Paypal involved, asking him to give me an EXACT date on when he shipped the item. About 7 or 8 emails later, still no date on when and IF it even shipped.

I got my cash back, but still without an item. Could be worse.

So look out for this clown!!

Hell, I'd even send him part of the cash back if it actually came. NOT!!

He added this to his post:

Those tanks are Motorworks, don't know the 2 round clone controllers, and the oval controller looks like a (Bensu)Cannonball...

Sucks too, because in his other stuff there are a few things I'd proabaly jump on. Oh well, he saved me some money. We ought to get about twenty people in a row email him and ask if local pick up is ok, say something like: "because I have a friend in the area." That might anoy him off ebay!
