Looks like it.
Your other possible base for a Fiat 500 is a "Cars" movie plastic body pullback of "Luigi", but the rear overhang is too short for a stock bit chassis. (I wanted one to go with my Ramone Impala)

I just watched that movie for the first time last week when a friend asked if I could watch her son for a few hours, I loved it.
