Alright, didn't get much feedback on the AC Adapter...But what about any interest in getting the 1/64th Dub City Model Kits?

The kits come with a total of 8 wheels (to use on Bits and ZZs and Puchi Marus).

Of course if there's enough interest, I'd pickup a case of em and therefore we'd all enjoy lower prices.

Here's a pic of 1 of the sets:

I think the rims are the main thing here, the rest are bonuses - but I'm wondering too, do bit tires fit on those rims?

Alright, here's the background on these things...

Over at the MRCC Forums, a guy by the name of Johnk did a wheel mod with these 5-spokes to his Puchi Maru...Then strakka over at TRC did it as well with his, here's a quote
From: http://tinyrc.com/forums/showthread.php ... adid=10103

since i really like the appearance of the 5 spoke Dub rims alot better than the MS ones, i picked up another set this evening to modify and mount on the Toyota. once modified, they also fit the ZZ tires alot better than MS rims do. so, i installed them and test drove it on a charge that i did this morning (9 hours ago). i expected the car to feel alittle sluggish as the cells weren't re-peaked. boy was i wrong! this thing hauls ass! and it's run time was now 25+ minutes too!

hmm very tempting... not to go off topic but i'm kinda starting to kick myself in the ass for not jumping on the "cuchi" deal, i mean that was a swell deal :( .

Namuna have you done a battery mod to it yet?

I ain't done shit lately man.

Wedding, Looking for a home, Tax time, general flakin' cause of all the shit...

Doing some batt mods is definitely on my projects list...But there's a few other things higher on the list.

Speaking of which, I think I'll start another thread about all the projects.

how much are these gona be? i dont mind picking a car up at the toystore to find out there are no useful parts and just givin it to the kid to destroy but mailordering useless parts is a bit time consuming. are they taller than bit rims?

yea, we need:

- how much?
- size of tires and rims relative to a bit (do they fit without modding?)
- tire compound (rubber, plastic? soft, hard?)

Screw this shit man!

I picked up a truck last night (just the truck, not the model kit) with the 5-spoke.

That shit don't fit a goddamn thing! It was mentioned that some wheels are different sizes, now I know man.

F-that! I'm not dealing with buying a bunch of different kits and only having SOME of them work right.

Oh well.
