Digikey slashes FET prices

I always order my FETs from digikey.com. In order to save the $5 handling fee, I always ordered 51 FETs, to put my order just under $25.
Last week, I ordered 25 irlml6401 P-channels, and 30 irlml2502 N-channels, and it only came to $18. I rechecked the unit price, and they're something like $.33 a piece. So I threw in some irf7317s for my Xmod, at a buck a piece.
Never really comparison shopped for FETs, but I was happy to see the drastic drop in price.
