Jeez. I've seen a lot of big RC cars at walmart recently. The biggest being a 1:6 supra with a 12V power system. It claims scale speed, but doesn't list the speed. I'm guessing it won't do 30. hehe I wonder if it could handle 4 lipos?

Back to the point, today I was buying some nicotine gum (4 weeks and counting! woot!), and stopped by the RC area, and saw a fairly large scale crawler truck. it's fully propo with a 9.6v pack and charger and has 2 speeds. I wonder if (for 150 freaking dollars) it has two gears, or just an electric limiter on the speed. It is much bigger than 1:10. not as big as the 1:6 scale cars however.

The tires are nice (you can touch them through the box) and the suspension seems to be pretty capable. It's 4wd of course, but 9.6v is for loosers. maybe 11.1v lipo? =)

And yes, I'm a little obsessed with plastic cells. Get over it (because I can't.)

I was at walmarts the other night and saw this big ass batmobile. (the new one from batman begins) It had blinking lights and made sounds too.

I saw a big ass Esclade thing with spinners that had all the lights and made bass sounds and shit. They also had some fast and furious car too. Haven't seen the the batmobile or crawler though.

Walmart has their Equate brand of nicotine gum for under $20 for 50 pieces. You should only need 6-8 a day, so that is about a week. it gets cheaper in the larger quantity (don't waste money on the box with the CD/Tape/Book/etc, just get the gum.)

I used to smoke 2-3 packs a day of menthol cigarettes and haven't had one for 5.5 weeks now. It's huge for me, because I gave myself a raise if I stop smoking for 6 months ($20/wk retroactively! =) )

If I go 6 months without smoking, I will give myself a $520 bonus twards my hobbies. Let's just say my girlfriend *REALLY* wanted me to stop smoking, and a 1:8-1:18 scale car or truck gave me more than enough incentive (that, and the serious luvin she lays on me)

Tastes like shit, but you get used to it. It works best for me if I chew on the gun long after it looses it's nicotine content. It keeps me from chewing more. Definately get the mint kind (the coated mint kind if you can afford it)

Chewing + smoking = heart attack, I've done it, and did not die. But it doesn't feel good.

I chewed the orange flavored nicorette last time I quit. It didn't taste that bad. I also had a few pieces left when I started smoking again so I chewed them while smoking...no effect. I've been smoking 2 packs a day for atleast 10years now. When I was younger I smoked camel wides just for the fact that they were "a turkish american blend" ..get it...

Now I smoke PFunks (parliament light 100s) with the charcoal filters.

I know I shouldn't be talking about this in this thread, but hey, what the fuck. I don't have a brand. I have been smoking about 2 packs a week now for 9 years and I still don't have a brand. What the fuck is wrong with me? I get carded ALL the time because in front of the counter I act like a 13 year old trying to figure out what smokes would make him look cooler..... Usually stick w/ Kamel Red Lights (yes, that's Kamel w/ a "K") or Turkish golds. Course mostly I roll my own, Bali Shag all the way, but rollin while driving and on the Cell phone... yeah that no workie. Any how, thought you all REALLy wanted to know this

I smoked the turkish golds for awhile and the kamel reds, they're cool smokes. During the dark times (days when money was slim) I smoked Old golds. Now that's a smoke.


Oh yeah and I just got back from the 24hr super gigantor walmarts and they had a shit load of huge ass RCs. Including 2 Batmobiles, damn I want one.

I started with Kool.
(they make a non-filter Kool, now that's a smoke)
I've been smoking Winston Ultra Lights for 5-6 years now.
If I bum a Marlboro or Camel Full Flavor, or any Full Flavor, I get a headache and my face turns flush.
I highly recommend these if someone wants to cut down at least.
They are the harshest ultra light I have tried. A couple of my friends said the Winston ULs dry their throat or something.
They have been great for me, and I have not wanted to stray.

Smoking sucks, but it's great!!!

I want to quit, I know it will be good for me.....but I like it.

Oh, I'm a 1/2 to 1 pack a day smoker, depending on the situation.

See, I smoke only because I enjoy it in my ride and socially. I can't say I am not addicted, but damn it's a light grasp. I quit every winter cuz smoking in the cold and snow sucks a big floppy ol dick. Course as soon as there is nice porch weather I am out there burning with the best of them.
