A little Superslicks project of mine.

Hey guys,
Here's something I started work on today.
It came out of the blue actually, I hadn't had it planned out at all, I just started work on it immediately.
So first, I decided on the body I wanted to use.
Here was the choice :

It came with only the rear wheel wells cut out, so I had to cut out the fronts, was an easy enough task with a Dremel.
Next, I cut the Superslicks chassis.

The rear end had a bit of a rough cut
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang007.jpg)
so I dremeled it smooth.....
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang006.jpg)
Next I ground it down on some concrete, it's allot faster and easier than sanding, and I didn't want to spend 20mins with sandpaper when I could just spend 3mins grounding.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang009.jpg)
Came out smooth enough.

For the front end, I didn't need to Dremel, a little grounding down had it sorted out nicely.

That's all I've done so far, the chassis will be extended, and it will have H plate style suspension in the rear.
And here's what's going inside:
4cells
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang018.jpg)
27mhz DG master PCB
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang019.jpg)
Here's a mock-up of what it should look like when complete...
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang025.jpg)
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang026.jpg)
![Image](http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g158/Rctrucktrialer/Projectstang028.jpg)
Any comments are very much welcomed, I need some to keep me going and to finish the project![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_fro.gif)
I'm in need of a faster Superslicks motor, if anybody has one I'd appreciate it.
