Lxx Mini z body
Porsche baby

I got the body from toyeast, came out to be about $8 with the shipping. The molding could be better but aint bad at all. The medium wheelbase (rsx) is a perfect fit. All you "NEED" to do to mount it is velcro. A lil square on the battery guards/heatsinks (what have you) and then a square on the inside of the body and you're good to go. I've taken a couple of good whacks and the body is still attached to the chassis with minimal travel from the original mounting position. This mounting method also allows for ride height adjustments, easy. I plan on adding a tab holder to the front of the body just to be extra safe. I bought the ferrari body too but becuase of the rear ant holder peg thinger on the chassis, that body is a no go for now. I did notice today that toyeast has the lxx mini z sets up for sale again so I may buy one of those if only so I could use the ferrari body.

read on about that thread. A eBayer took a lxx and rebadged it as a mini-z. the differences should be in that thread.
cheers,
mike:)

I saw the lack of quality of the lxx chassis on the toyeast site and from what I read about glitching in that thread I'm thinking I'll skip the lxx and put that money towards a monster OL instead.
Thanks for the link pimpike.

Thank you Sessiz!!! You just solved a dilemma that's been doggin me for over a week! My tax return is coming, and I wanted the most bang for my buck, so I had my mind set on a fully optioned x-mod, and either a mr-02 mini z or the mini z monster truck thingy, and sending a few rides to micro-amps for fets, and some motors, etc from toy east. But now that you showed me that toy east has the lxx mini z's again, regardless of the quality, it'll do for now for the price. I'll just get the mr-02 mini z later on.... Maybe later in the year, or when some more bodies are available.
