roof scoops???
Are roof scopes worth it, Or mostly are they for looks, and what would be the best materials to use if I did make one???

Let's settle this on tha blacktop-Ludacris
Red Supra, stage 2 motor (blue one), lights, custom chrome rims,
soft slick tires, some other body mods, and mudflaps, bling-bling heat sink(polished), weight reduction

I don't own an xmod, so you probably won't want to take my word for it, but I can tell you now - only real cars utilize hood scoops, and not very effectively at that....
so I'd say for an r/c car - more than likely the hood scoop is useless, just there for looks.
if you made one, use plastic, thin but durable, like the plastic bits/microsizers/zipzaps come in.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

well as it turns out if you by the body kit for any of the xmods, there is a piece of plastic perfectly suited for making into a roof scoop. http://www.pbase.com/image/26676165.com ill post a tutorial here in a few days
well here is what your left with after cutting out the plastic http://www.pbase.com/image/26676882.com
