My steering servo is screwed up, HELP

My steering servo on my xmod does not work unless i have any amount of throttle applied, and yes i already tried new batts in the car and trans., and the steering adjustment on the transmitter, so please help. If u cant help i can still return it just thought u might be able to help me. THANKS

nothing on the car is dragging on the servo because i took the whole front end off of it.

Did you check the servo gears and the box in general for any broken teeth or foreign material?

no, but this is my second car and i guess instead of tearing int another one ill just get another from RS, but thanks everyone for trying to help me out.
