Main board swap?
What I am wanting to do is combine the low RDS high current mosfets in the latest Woah Nelly! with the main board of the Xmod. What I win to know is if anyone has ever found out what IC is under that black blob?
I have access to a PC board manufacturer and can have any design made for me with ANY component I just need to know what that Blob is.

Yes that blob! Taking that off will do no good though I doubt that you will find any numbers to recover of a chip that is under that. I know there is a schematic out there some were I have seen it I just can't find it and don't have much time with work and all. Been too busy trying to convince them at work that and Electrical Engineer should not be the one putting the parts together on the PC boards but programing and setting to machine to to it.backdrift wrote:this;

I could if I could find it on their site. I had it at one time I just can't remember how I found it. Plus this new job I haven't had much time to get online.betty.k wrote:surely you can get the schematic from the patent office. i think codesuiade finds stuff like that somewhere
Maybe if they read my resume that I summited the other day for the Engineering position I can have more fee time and $$$.

I've got the TX just and a primitave RX but they don't label the RX IC.ph2t wrote:mate, at one stage I had the schematic for the TX, but not the RX.
It's no coincedence that they don't put the FCC ID on the RX. I don't think they need to lodge the RX details with the FCC? it's on for transmitters yeah?
