cool exhaust
hi i slowly hollowed out my exhaust with a drill bit and it turned out great! then i put an led in the back(red) and it looked real cool(if you drilled it the perfect width, the led should fit right in without falling out. i suggest you go with a drill bit the same width as your xmod screwdriver and it will be perfect!
)you could also use blue, gold, whatever. i picked red to represent a glowing red-hot engine.

That’s nice you should try to post a photo to show use how you did, I usually use blue, sometimes orange, and paint the inside of the exhaust pipe chrome.

Or you could make one out of polished aluminum. If for instance the Civic tailpipe happened to be to narrow.

I like to hook them up to the headlight circuit so that the exhaust light brightens as you pull the trigger. Of course you have to be considerate of the LED’s max forward voltage then, so when using orange or red LED’s with lower max voltages (like 1.7v for 3mm orange) you need to add a resistor to keep from burning the LED up.
