Lucky Me!

Post by DarkTari »

Went to RS today and asked about returns. Dude went in the back and
came out with this.......FREE!!!

Now he didn't know what the problem was, looking at it you can see
the alignment is off (toe-in) I put in batteries and it functions okay.

Any of you XMod experts have any ideas. I'm gonna tear down the front
end when I get time.

 Aww man, I spent like 120 or more on the 2 cars that i have...

And what else is wrong with it? Other than the toe in (which could be easily fixed), it seems perfect.. DAMN YOU DT!!

I swear I posted here already. :???:

New thread?

Anyway...

It could be a bent, broken, or misplaced steering rod.

or...

A busted or loose knuckle.

Open her up and check out her insides. :-o

You would really hate me then. I checked with my local Monday and he said "come back Friday I have about 5-7 Xmods" . I'll ask mine about the Zipzaps.

DT: got a pick of the bottom front?

Free Xmods! :-o

Sorry do not own any EVO Xmods yet so I cannot tell you exactly what it is.

Should be easy to see when you take the front end apart. And a cheap fix will cure this. The kid probably rammed the Evo when running wthout the body and broke a link.
I blame bitPIMPS for infecting me with the savage urge to buy roach sized RC!

Open it up dammit!!!! The suspense is killing me. It kinda looks like the rear cup joint inside is the problem. The thingy came out of the hole.
Cause I ride around town on my low-rider bicycle.
