I will. My main money driven objective is a surface to race/play on and tires/speed. in that order.

I have masked the paint job and am gonna start doing the first coats on Sunday. Finished scuff sandning it tonight and then will continue some detailing tomorrow.

Will keep ya'll up-to-date with pics as things unfold. I think this will be my best yet.

That's a solid plan. I started noticing things when I switched over to lithium power. First was the increase in speed. Then I started noticing the problems that plague Xmods. First off the suspension and drivetrain are not designed for significant power increases. This is what prompted me to buy alloy parts and High grade bearings in the first place. With all the mods and money I have spent, I built one hell of an Xmod that is almost perfectly balanced.

Still have to do a tight turns mod, but other than that, It works well.

RS cracks me up. An excerpt from an email I got today;

Q: Is it safe to rig my XMODS Custom RC with a six-cell battery pack?
A: No! Your XMODS Custom RC has been precision-engineered to be powered by 3 AA batteries. Adding more battery power will cause your motor to burn out after a short time of driving. There is also a danger of your motor overheating and causing the wire insulation and other internal parts to catch fire. Some mega-tuners have performed this extreme modification and although it does increase power and speed for a short time, it voids the warranty and eventually ruins the RC

I can't wait til mine catches fire....:-D

you should have a manual with your awd kit, it's folded in the cardboard packaging. if not the manuals for everything are available from the rs site somewhere.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Well I thought of that backdrift but wanted originallity not stereo-typical look.

Thanks for the comments guys. I love the look of it while drivin.

I fixed the steering problem BTW. It was the main cover. it was too tight.
