Radioshack, brilliant phone service!

i just got off the phone ordering parts from radio shack. i had no clue what i was ordering, but they found out right away, (some very small plastic cracked) and i was able to order it right away. even though i didnt know exactly what i was ordering, they were very patient and worked hard to find exactly what i was talking about. id just like to say, dont hesistate to use radioshacks hot line, its great.. and the woman i talked to new alot more about the xmods than the idiots running there stores.
