I have some skeches of a body that I would like made. This will also save lots of weight on the xmod. Any one with information on how I can get my idea made can post here or PM me.

If you're lucky, you might find 1/28th scale slot car bodies, but those are more commonly found in 1/24th, and 1/32nd scales. The MIni-Z is 1/24th scale, and I've seen a few of those bodies that fit the Xmod really good. So maybe if you see a 1/24th scale body you like, you can email the people and ask for dimensions, to see if it will work out for you.

Just do a Google search for "Lexan slot car body", and you should bunch of leads.

...and I totally agree with you that the Xmods would do better with some lightening in the body department.
...crazy man, crazy...dig it.

x for the info dave. I have a widebody design that looks sort-of like a LeMans car. I'd love to use it to race (but i have no one to race :) ). Ill get on that search tonight.

To the others, keep the tips comming. Maybe you learnt something from dave like i did
