i love/hate these things

well with a busy ass schedule i dont find enough time to run my xmod outside. i say maybe every two weeks. but sure as hell every time i do i fucking break it!!!
today i fixed it, added 2 more cells, ran it for about 20mins and then i broke the same damn part i just replaced!!!!

scratch that. i broke both front knuckles. well time for another awd kit when i can afford it.

I thought I was rough with what I do to my Xmod!! What in Gods name do you do to yours to break it? And break it good.

i dono 6 cell/awd up and down a slight grade. i put a drop of loctite in each of the knuckle things cuz one was comin loose again. i cant imagine loctite eats away at plastic.

Loctite won't eat away at anything .It is it's hardening characteristics that make it " loctite"
By the way what grade did you use- low , medium or high?

low(the red bottle/blue loctite) i think the thing was fucked before i put the loctite in.

Yeah it must have been b/c low would not have caused anything to lock up and break

Tiny RC needs to come out w/ Metal knuckles for these babies, something a bit stronger. I broke mine 1st time outside, luckaly I work at the shack, so I just grabbed a new one from our X-Mod burial ground.

I've seen alloy and CF ones on Ebay from time to time. I saw them somewhere else also, but can't remember....damn....

well hot damn!! when you remember let me know. hey cj! can i just order knuckles or is the awd kit the way to go? possi front and rear???
well ebay has them for like 4bucks(stock knuckles)

Hey, I was thinking of the wrong part!!! Sorry..... I was thinking of these things, not the knuckles, which you broke. Brain Fart!!!
I will look for them too. I havn't broken any yet, but if everyone is breaking the same part, I better get some too, its inevitable. Why isn't anyone making them yet? And if they are made where the hell are they?

Actually that's what I personally was reffering to. What the hell would you call them then? Are those alloy? Cool city, I gotta shop Tiny more often.
