Here is a pic of a few of my Xmods and the 350z i just picked up on Tuesday. I'm up to 2 Blue Honda's, 4 Black Honda's, 2 Silver RSX's, 1 Yellow Skyline, 1 Gold 350z, and 1 Hybrid thats getting a Pimp Job and NELLY 1.2!!!!





The Monster Xmod is currently in a rebuilding phase. Waiting on some alloy so that it holds up better under all the torque from 6 cells. The 6 cells just shred the axle cups.

Nice collection. Guess you like the Xmods...that 350Z looks real nice

Thats good to know. I've been considering getting something a little larger scale. I've been waiting to see what's up with the new iWaver coming out...but that 350Z is pretty tempting.

The 350 is nice. Just take a good look at the body kit, if you buy it. I don't think its that nice. However the new wheel upgrade set is very nice.

Yeah, that wheel upgrade looks pretty sweet. I've seen some pics of the 350 Z with the body kits and I didn't care for it either. The fenders looked too big or something and it made it too ricey. Did you pretty much leave it stock? Looks like you got the black wheels from the upgrade kit on it.

No, seriously... I like the 350z... It's just THIS PARTICULAR ONE that I hate on a personal level...

Went to the Shaq on Tuesday with 219, and he came over later that night and we set it up... He did the shell, and I was in charge of tearing the chassis down and putting in the bearings... I have NEVER had such a hard time working on an xmod... First the diff gave me hassles going back in... had to redo that a few times... and then the passenger side rear arm locked up and wouldn't pivot... I eventually had to throw it across the room and pull one out of my box 'o xmod stuff to get it right...

But, damn if it aint a pretty sumbitch!

However it does work!!

So SG all these X-mods did you buy new or did you take my advice and buy returned/broken ones on the cheap from RS?

I've bought 3 new and the rest off of Ebay in a large lot of them. Real cheap, used, returned, or broke. Out of the ones I got in that lot (7), so far one works and goes about 10 feet before cuttin' out, 3 don't work, but have all the parts and accesories that are supossed to be there, and I still have to check and build 3. In that pic of 5, 3 work properly and the one that goes 10 feet. and one thats weird.

I just stopped by the Shack that I origionally started working for and they gave me a couple of busted SEs and a old school Civic in working order. Went out back and they had fuckin 10 busted X-mods! Would anyone be interested in these and what would you be willing to pay including shipping? If there is a definate intrest I will buy em all and sell for no profit to myself. Like I said, they are all busted in one way or another, some far worse than other but almost all have shells in perfect/near perfect condition.

I'd be interested in a couple, only if there are a couple of Supras, I need a Red and a White one to round out the collection. Then a Black Skyline. If there are, let me know!!! As long as there is a chassis, body, and maybe a controller, but not nessasary on the controller, just an added amentity.

How much $$$ are we talkin' here? I'm kinda gonna be needin' another xmod...

I don't do the whole ebay hordin' a gazillion xmods thing like 219 here... I only have one... could I get a ballpark figure? I don't care what shell/if it works/whatever, as long as it's all there...

Not sure, will bring my cam tomorrow to the store take some pics and get an idea. When I asked my old manager months ago he said $20 each... Well that is gimp. Now that they have horded shit loads and I have left (cuz I was the only one that fixed X-mods) they are basically just taking up space. Hell at this point I wouldn't be supprised if I could score em all for $50.
