here is the project

i got mini-z pcb, v2 turbo, mini-t servo.

i just reconected servo wires as they were to the pcb.
mini-t's servo has 4 wires : 2 for pot + 2 for motor. mini-z has the same.
all works fine. but steering is in reverse . turn right on controler, and the car turnes left.
i tried reverse the motor wires, but servo would turn right violently and stop. horn centering and adjustment on the pcb have 0% effect.
now i got the original configuration back . BUT. steering now is all fucked-up.
it turns as before in the wrong way for several turns/seconds and slowly dies.
i check all the connections, they seem fine. i will check again.
this thing started to bug me. can't find solution on my own. so please help.
i already got body all shined-up. it's a 350z.

if the steering is backwards and you have no servo reversing switch then you need to reverse the servo motor wires AND the servo pot wires.

ok, i finally got time to test/work.
test shows fets are fine .
rewired all as BettyK sugested.
the servo acts strange. turns all the way to the right to its limit. motor on servo wants to turn more and gets hot. fuck!

wires to servo motor on pcb are marked P5 and P6, which one is (+) ???

red wire goes closest to the rear i belive, if not switch them

all is fine now it runs WELL.
Kayosho controller has the reverse switch. Had this thing for 3 years and didn't know what two hiden switches on top of controller are for.
the closest to power switch is the reverse function.
can someone tell me what the other one is for?

Friggin nice Ynad. One of the best Zs I have seen using the kit (wich I normally hate) Love the grill action you got going on there

That's not the RS Wild body kit for the Z? The hood is for sure, if not.. you need more props.
