Soo, i just found a nice set of 12 lithiums at my house, from an old laptop. The cells can fit in xmods, and there each 500 mah.
My question is, can i use one of those Wall outlet things. If so, what would i need the voltage and MAH to be. I have one thats 9volts, and 200 MAH. Would that be anygood? Thanks.

Nope, ya need a 500 mAh (or less) 2 cell lithium charger that will charge the two cells to 8.4 volts, although some older lithiums are 3.6 volts instead of 3.7 in that case you need a charger that will charge 2 cells to 8.2 volts.
Safety is highly dependent on knowledge, it’s usually safer to stick various portions of your anatomy into a wall outlet than to hook an unknown “one of those things” to a set of lithium’s and plug it in. You can get a good Apache lithium charger for about $20 bucks, if you are going to play with lithiums at a minimum you need to find the cash.

I gotta agree with LBRC. I have been slowly buying Li-po's, a charger, and other things that I need to do it safely and correctly.
I like the roof over my head and don't really feel like cleaning up the ashes from an exploded $15 Li-po.
