here she is... 22B STi. fitted the spoiler yesterday, and the body today... it sits nice and low like a time attack car should.

That looks pretty nice. I like Time Attack cars. The wing is fitting, too.

I like it. You could probably get rid of the foil. Just my opinion though. Either way it looks good.

BTW, if that's old school, then what would my school be considered? Ancient? I'm 29. Old school for me is an 80's Trans-Am and Smokey and the Bandit. Remember the IROC Z28's? That's old school. Subie is still using that same body style. You can't call it old school yet. Even lowering jobs aren't considered old school. Are you calling me an old fart?

Just going on a rant. Love the car. Can't wait to see it painted.

iwaver. was last year's xmas present. :-o
i *think* my parents are willing to get me an R32 body for this xmas, so there might be another nice car i can convert to an xmod or other chassis.

damn, that's nice. i do believe i have a spare set of square inch-ups that would go well with that... they wouldn't fit on the impreza, so... hm.

btw... what's with the metal bits under the rear end? mounting system of some sort... please explain? probably better than my current method.

yes. that is the mount plate (can be seen in Ma'Drifter STI thread)
just a flat plate mounted with longer screws to the rear towers from under.
and the angular ( L ) shape glued to the body. held together by a screw.
rock solid connection.
the body is rather narrow so mounting inch-up rims might be a problem.
give it a try, those biaches are a good way to pimp your ride. :-o

well, too late. parents got me an nsx for xmas. but, i only have xmods chassis for now (gave away the iwaver), so converting the inch-ups to fit on xmod might be a bit difficult... i'll figure it out eventually. thanks for the tip though.
