Ive been planning to build this truck for years now and just found the time to get started. Im using an iwaver monster "pretty much a mini z monster but cheaper" It has been gutted and is using a mini T pcb and a stock iwaver "servo" , lipo and the motor is yet to be decided. the body obviously needs some trimming in the wheel wells..here are a couple of mock up shots of the body,,,cant decide if i want the eyes to move or light up or both The body is a Chevron toy (not available anymore other than ebay)

That's looking cool already I didn't know IWaver made a truck But then, I never really paid much attention to them.

Yeah, it was a few years ago, but I think they still make them. I think they were called "iwaver firelap" or something like that. It was pretty much a mini z monster but made with cheaper plastic. All of the monster hop ups fit it.
