My new Mini-Z Madforce
Got my Madforce earlier this week and I gotta say that it's a shitload of fun! This thing can go over anything. I've run it inside my house (floorboards) and outside on concrete and grass no problems. In the dirt is leaves the coolest tracks and can donut with the best of them.
So far the mods I have done are a 2x2 stack of IRF7389 fets (Thanks Aaron!). Also I've got a 35 turn motor from www.minizworkshop.com that works very weel (faster than the Kyosho X-Speed and an insane amount of torque). I've got the 12 tooth pinion installed and the top speed is insane.
I'm also running with 750mAh NiMH's that reallly pack a punch. So far I've gotten it to wheelie for a total of 6m's, lol....
So here are some still and action shots of my new Madforce in action.

Dude.... You have some mad filming skills so I expect that the stills are just a teaser?
Let's have it. I'm drooling over that beast. The chassis looks almost identical to my OL chassis. I might have to just convert it. How was it dealing with the landing off that air?
Very cool man.

lol, thanks bro, yeah there will be some film soon, gotta get some more ramps made and shit, will be whipping betty.k shortly for some more ramp production......
It lands smooth as, all four wheels flat and solid traction.... I've noticed that depending on the level of accel you have coming off the ramp actually determines if the nose of the car will aim down or up as it comes into landing...... some strange physics going on there.....

I'm very familiar with that from racing 1/10th scale off road. You can actually control how level it is while it's in the air with your throttle. Nail the throttle, in the air, and the nose will lift. Slam on the brakes. The nose will drop. Really it's the same thing a car does on the ground if you think about it. Ideally, for the safty and long term durability of your car you would be wanting to land flat.ph2t wrote: I've noticed that depending on the level of accel you have coming off the ramp actually determines if the nose of the car will aim down or up as it comes into landing...... some strange physics going on there.....
