mini-z has told me that iw-01, 02 and 04's are now in the shop and being added to the listings as i type.
i will be buying either an 02 or an o4 after xmas. i really just want the new iwaver tx. my son already has an iw-01 and it's great for him. i was not really impressed with it but for the cost, it's the best possible option for a 4 yr old. i haven't searched yet but has anyone had some experience with the new iwaver tx with mini-z's? i've heard some negative things about each chassis but not much about the tx....
for those that are looking to save some money and experiment with the iwaver brand, your much better off buying from a u.s. retailer where you can return any defective product without the hassle of overseas shipping etc, etc. not to mention you can get it delived by xmas if you hurry...

I saw that today while I was browsing the store. The only problem is, Ripper has them about $20 cheaper. The only upside for me is I could go to Mini-Z's house and pick mine up. IT all depends on how much ripper charges for shipping.

Yep, Rippers is cheaper.
It is $75.99 including S&H from MZR.
It is $69.44 including S&H from R7R.
I'm not sure thats a $20 dollar difference.

So Ripper is charging almost $10 shipping for US orders? I couldn't figure out how to order on his site, it looks like you have to email him or something, the shipping cost isn't listed?

I'm not familiar w/ his site, is his a legit business like MZR or is it just someone selling a few cars out of his trunk?

We set our price well below the US MSRP in order to ensure that we were cheaper shipped than TE themselves - please give us your feedback on pricing and we'll make sure that MZR is the best place for you to order from. Please note that unlike other retailers, we will replace all defective iWavers to ensure your satisfaction.

It is a forum eStore, much like MRCC. He has sold Epoches for some time now, with great success. To order, you have to email him to get a quote, then you send the amount he gave you to him through paypal, money order, etc. and when he recieves payment, he will ship.
From what I have read R7R and MZR both have very good customer service, and are the cheapest places around. All it comes down to is shipping.
I am not sure how much Ripper charges for shipping, but I know MZR usually has very low shipping costs.

Hey, that sounds like a better deal. Too bad you were too late. I already ordered from TE last week, hoping to get it by Xmas, and now the race is on, will I get it in time or not... we'll see.
That's ok, I'm planning to hit up MZR for a motor and some bearings, and when stuff breaks, I'll be coming back for the GPM alloy.

I only wish you had them in stock last week, because I already ordered from TE. But don't worry, I have a list of parts I need to buy from the MZR store.
Do you accept local pickup?

Not usually, but we may be able to coordinate something.

Am I legit, yea I'm legit, I think this community may have heard of me once or twice.
I moved from epochs to iwavers when the epochs were discountinued, we all get the Iwavers from the same distributor.
My shipping is based on actual pricing via USPS Priority w Insurance, I may add a dollar to cover paypal fees. So shipping will vary.
I have to charge actual shipping since I sell my cars way under retail, I suppose I could charge a base shipping but I would have to raise my prices to cover any possible loss, which would not be fair to those that live near me.
So basically if you want to order from me you follow the link to the order info and I will email you a quote for shipping w/ insurance. I accept paypal and Money orders, you can wave insurance and save a couple bucks but it is your risk.
But listen I have no intention of turning this into a pricing war, I price my stuff as low I can afford to, if you perfer to buy from MZR or Toyeast, I won't hold against you, your all still pimps in my book.
IW01 - 38.99 plus shipping
IW02 - 59.99 plus shipping
Sorry all I try to limit myself to one commercial.

I do think it is aweful damn rude of tinyrc to imply such a thing, if you were actually wondering you know my email address.
Oh and whats with the 04 lexan crappy as all hell body, I'm glad I ordered one to look at. Have you seen that arch, thats horrible, Iwaver really dropped the ball there, I wish they would not have glued the body brackets into the original body mounts, just bad all the way around.

R7, sorry, rereading that I can see how that would be offensive - I was just slangin' like a bitPimp, no offense intended, I assumed you were just sort of selling these on the side based on the price and complexity of ordering.

Please email me if there's still a problem.

Actually email me anyway, there's other stuff I want to chat about too. Thanks!

No problem tinyrc, I'm a little touchy these days, new baby only lets me get about 3 hours a night, and I'm happy if they are in a row.
I'll shoot an email in the morning, when I have a reasonably clear head.
