went retro with the muscle car look
i got tired of the typical mad force offerings from kyosho so when the unpainted bodies came out it was tops on the list
i already had a few sets of gunmetal wheels and parts so i went with a complimentary color selection and decided the classis muscle car look would be a good effort atleast. i used tamiya camel yellow and metallic black. they were both easy to use and came out very well. the pactra indy silver for highlight parts as a bit trickier to work with but pactra has some very cool colors
i still have to go in and darken the grill.... give it some shadow/weathering.
anyway, here are the pictures.

i just aquired a set of silver rims in the same style so when i can find another unpainted body, i've already got plans for a classic pickup two tone paint job waiting to replace this one.
