i use jbkwik. i usually do this on even new axles. i pull everything off and reglue it since most(even tomy) axles aint glued on very good from the factory. jbkwik can be found at just about any hdw store and is like 4 bucks. it dries ready to rock in about 15mins.
just pull the rear axle off and try to spin each wheel and if it gives at all you are losing power to one side as the wheel spins freely which causes your car to go off in one direction so my guess is the drive side is loose(assuming the drive is on the left side).

I hear that hog
I drive all over my city and find nothing that looks cool just a few of the domme racer clones is about all that I have seen (at a decent price)
I have also seen minicoopers and some motorworks muscle cars.
man my local hobby shop didn't even have anything just 1 dragon mini rc tank for $90.00.
Well I will keep looking and in the meantime just keep buying stuff from the forums and online stores
PS. I can't wait to get my Mosfet Automodelista set for Micro Amp
