I was bored and playing with a pic that I snaged from JordanQ in my paint program. If I wanted to do something like it how would I do it. I'm thinking print the Lou Ferigno (Feregino? Oh hell something like that) on clear decal then paint the other greens and black over the whole thing, followed by a few clear coats????

Any Ideas?
