I've seen this mod. Except u r the first one with dual cell.

So what material did u use to extend the chassis? Plastic? Aluminium?

The thing i used to extend works great, I used to cut up spare chassis's and use them, but this time cause the pcb was on the bottom, I just used an upsidedown pcb cover cut to the right size, it works perfect!

Benn a while since I busted out my bits... work kinda took over for a while
here is the new one (right)

I am working on a method of "hot-swappable" single, dual, or tripple cells without chassis modification... if my plan works i should be able to switch between in seconds! :D

Note: the chassis on the right has been shaved of every solid edge and is silky smooth top and bottom (still working on the rear end a bit, but front is all done and smoothed) just for fun ! :D

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Very well done indeed. I like the pcb on the bottom. It's one of the cleanest I have seen in a while. What are you gonna use for a body?

Sorry double post, i know....
heh i figured i would get more feedback on this thread than I did... but meh...

I have grown very proud of the job I have done to this Skyline... Everytime I see it, it manages to look better and better....

The rims are my main pet peve right now, but I went a step further on the underbody to make it fit and hold really good, like it was made like this :p

I was thinkin of entering it into the Christmas Contest... but wasnt sure if I would even stand a chance.... You guys think if I got it some new rims I would stand a decent chance?
