Antenna Exhaust

Post by BoneyskinX5 »

Shiny exhaust....Yummy!

Antenna Exhaust Tutorial

You will need:
A small drill or something small
A wire cutter
Pliers
A useless antenna

1) Cut your antenna any size you want, the bigger the antenna segment, the bigger the exhaust. VV

2) Then cut on the red line between the two antenna segments.

2 ½) Then you get this…

3) Make the ends of the antenna as circular as you can make it.. Image

4) Push the inner tube out with the drill

4 ½) Then you get this…

5)Now, enter the inner tube (the small one) into the outer tube where the side is curved. The good side of the inner tube should now be showing instead of the bad side, which is now inside your outer tube.

5 ½) Adjust how you want your exhaust

6) If the outer tube keeps sliding off, just glue it or tape it or whatever, doesn’t take much to stop it sliding.

7) Your done! Just epoxy it to your bit! If the exhaust is too long, just slide the inner tube out, cut the outer tube smaller, then cut the inner tube smaller, without ruining the circle.

Sorry I couldn't mount it on a body for this Tutorial.

Is that just a regular miter box and saw but for smaller objects?

Its not regular size its smaller then a regular miter box. they have 2 types at my hobby store a plastic box and an alum. box I use the Alum box as the plastic one is to easy to cut into and get out of shape. they also have different size saw's.
