I read the tutorial, but I have a question. I saw on another forum (RCCrawler.com, offical site of my new addiction) a guy saying you just have to cut the chassis down the middle, not tear the whole truck apart, just cut a slot all the way 'round the chassis. Any truth to this?

I'm sure you could make the cut without taking it apart, but the cuttin' is going to be way easier & less critical if you take it apart. I think it would be way more awkward to leave it assembled.
