nobody likes retards... wrote:6. Contractions--Contractions have an apostrophe (‘) where letters are missing. It is a shorter way to write two words together. Usually, a contraction is made up of the first word and the second word with the apostrophe. The following are common contraction endings--n’t--not, ‘s--is, ‘m--am, ‘ve--have, ‘ll--will, ‘re--are Common contractions include I’m (I am), he’s (he is), aren’t (are not), they’ll (they will), we’ve (we have), you’re (you are), can’t (can not), isn’t (is not), etc. Two other common contractions which don’t follow the rules above are won’t (will not) and let’s (let us)..

ahem, on with the show.
she's finished! i figured i'd better get the "fresh outta the shop" pics while i can, you know where this bitch's going
there will be some more tweaking no doubt as i drive it around but initial impressions are excellent! way too much torque and speed
using the futaba 3pk with it is just brilliant, end points set, abs brakes, steering expo tweaked, etc!
anyway have a looksee at her all pretty and unharmed while you can!
old school meets nue skool

thanks to everyone for the kind words, i been lapping them up like drugs!
so i did some further mods. as mentioned i wasn't happy with the wheelbase so i gave it a stretch and moved the body further back. i took dave's advice and raised the rear a little too
it's running a tomy 2.6 motor so the speed isn't crazy fast but definately not slow either!
i'll have some video up soon of it in action

Perfect betty
Seriously, that really finished it up, I noticed the points that you have improved the first time round, but I didn't want to say because I kinda' figured it would be a downer on all that awsome shit you have done. Get what I mean ?
Anyway, I'm just gagging for it now! - A video that is

Now that looks perfect!
Thanks for taking my advice. Funny I didn'y notice the wheel base until you mentioned it, but now its all lined up nicely, and the longer wheelbase should give you a bit more stability.
It always exciting when betty builds a new car, because you know a vid is soon to follow, and it usually goes something like, RC car, meet the sidewalk.
