Just like the title, what do you use to cut??? I've usually made trimmings with a dremel, but the cuts usually come out hack. I've seen some of you pimp rides and cuts look CLEAN. How do you do it???

An exacto blade and some fine grit sand paper, you can't go wrong.

Same as above. Get yourself a Xacto Kit from walmart and a small roll or a piece of the finest grit sand paper you can buy. Remember when your cutting, never put too much pressure or you'll cause the body to crack and it will look nasty.

diagonal cutters or "dykes" hobbico sells some. they are quicker and easier and safer than exacto knives.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

I have the same art, I use a brush to paint my shells and a spray can to detail them
Or should this be on fact or fiction?

hey thanks for the tips. A question though, How do you cut with the Exacto??? I mean i've tried it, but i wasn;t even able to cut through the plastic. DO you just score the plastic a bunch of times??? Thanks again for the tips.

I use a dremel as well, but I always trace a line and cut a couple millimeters back and then use an exacto blade and sandpaper

If you are cutting a peice out, the object is to keep scoring the plastic, line for line, over and over again until the blade goes through. You may have to use more than one blade. This hood took 4 blades to get through.
You may not think so, but bit body plastic is pretty thick.
