Lights

Post by geofroley »

I'm not talkin about functional lights, but lights for looks. I've seen pics of cars with sweet lights and I'm wonderin how you guys got them or made them.

Hook the lights up to a battery and mount them behind the headlight lens. For tail lights, do the same thing but mount the lights behind the tail light lens. Since you don't want them to be functional, just leave out the battery part... that will save some time.

I don't remember if ph2t was selling his hookup or not, but if he is, that's the shizzle.

Yeah I still make the light sets. They run off the car's battery so you don't need an extra lithium cell. A normal set comes with white/blue headlights, but able to make custome. See here for the full detail:

Dude, they are $11USD. Payment via paypal. Not including shipping costs. They run off the car's battery, don't need a seperate switch. You can have either white or blue headlights (See the pics above). The switch that c'dog is talkin about isn't part of the kit. That was a custom job.

pm for email man for futher details.

Cheers,

ph2t.

Hi!

I have few questions to ph2t;

How much is white front and red rearlights kit?
How car performance changes after installing such a kit?
Does converter pcb is small enough to put it under chassis pcb (Super Bit)?
PayPal doesn't work here in Poland. Is there another payment option?

Cheers

hey mate.

answers

1) for white AND red with the extra work will prolly cost approx $15USD.
2) Runtime is decreased by approx %30. Using higher capacity batteries and charging the battery out of circuit helps counter this issue. This is the only performance difference
3) Should be, not sure. Converter pcb dimension is approx 6mmx11mm.
4) What other payment options are there? I'm not sure, don't know how international money orders workdude, sorry.

Cheers,

ph2t.

Hey guys, I just wanted to point this out from the original post:

So I'm guessing he's not asking about a light set, but about detailing the lights.

Could you elaborate, geofroley?
...crazy man, crazy...dig it.
